Online

You can do this at anytime. There are 2 easy stages to the online application:

Stage 1: You will also be presented with an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) which gives details of the services we provide. You should print a copy of this for your own records.

Please note that we are unable to offer any mortgage advice through our website. If you would like help choosing a mortgage, advice is available through any of our 22 branches.

You will need to obtain a Key Facts Illustration (KFI). This can be done using our ‘Product Selector/Quick Calculator’ facility which will ask you the relevant questions needed to produce a KFI. Your KFI will then be emailed to you.

Stage 2: Once you have received and considered your Key Facts Illustration you will be able to complete and submit your online mortgage application.
